Portfolio Bumble

 
Dating proved a tough challenge during the pandemic. Bumble tapped into the mood with witty lines that gave people hope. Instead of simply translating the UK campaign, I created lines that resonated locally, in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich, encouraging lonely hearts to connect.

Curiously, “Wir lieben in besonderen Zeiten” (We love in unusual times) uses the same stylistic device as in English. With only one different letter, the meaning has changed from ‘leben’ to ‘lieben’ – from ‘live’ to ‘love’.
